I have no idea if I’m in the right area now…
But I’ll just ask:
Does the underfloor heating control always have to laboriously calculate (estimate) the surface temperature based on the return temperature and then repeatedly flush to get new values?
Can’t you just install a temperature sensor into the surface (empty conduit) and be done with it?
